Lately, my boyfriend Rob and I have been spending a lot of time renovating what we hope will soon become our first fully furnished rental home. We have been chugging along slowly and steadily the last couple months, but we are finally starting to pick up some steam! So without further ado…

1. LIVING ROOM + FOYER

   2. Wallpaper accent wall - 100%

   3. Furniture/artwork updates - 95%

   4. New light fixture for foyer - 50% (acquired, not installed)

   5. New fan for living room - 50% (acquired, not installed)

   6. Complete stone accent above mantle fireplace - 50% (started by my boyfriend long ago…but never finished!)

   7. New rugs - 100%

FOYER: NEAR COMPLETE (Living Room photos coming soon!)

1. KITCHEN

   1. New backsplash tile - 0%

   2. Paint kitchen island cabinets - 0%

   3. New cabinet hardware - 0%

   4. New faucet - 0%

   5. New pendant light fixtures above the kitchen island - 0%

   6. New paint - 0%

   7. Furniture/artwork updates - 0%

   8. New rugs - 50% (acquired, not installed)

KITCHEN: NOT STARTED

1. MASTER BEDROOM

   1. New paint (wallpaper accent wall/something with some texture?) - 0%

   2. Furniture/artwork updates - 75%

   3. New light fixture/fan combo - 50% (acquired, not installed)

   4. New rug - 100%

MASTER BEDROOM: IN PROGRESS

In the spirit of getting things up and running within the next couple months, the remaining areas in the house (bathrooms, office, guest bedroom) will only be repainted…for now at least.
